History:

Ezra Project, Inc. Executive Director, Stan Wardsworth, knows firsthand the significance of early intervention. Being born in Philadelphia, then raised in a single parent family in the inner city in Connecticut, he has personally experienced the benefit of social program intervention. "These thankful memories are the driving force behind giving back a program such as Reality:101."

"We realize that change occurs on an "individual level", one child at a time. Research tells me we are at a place in time where the learning process needs to be "revamped", looking to focus teaching and learning on a more individualized level; meeting youth where they are, allowing expression to freely flow through nuturing stakeholders that concede that education comes to individuals in individual ways, through individual means, with individual outcomes."
